At Engage Pickleball, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance gear and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your paddle or equipment doesn't elevate your game, we are here to help with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
